So, whether you lead formally or not, you are a leader who demonstrates some leadership characteristics on a regular basis. To be a great leader, you must develop and enhance certain skills.

What makes great leaders is the development of the skills necessary to lead exceptionally.

So, whether you are a CEO, a team leader, or an aspiring leader, developing your leadership skills is key to success.

Leadership skill number 1: Communication.
